1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phgame3 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and customer support services — you ("the User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with the phgame3 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on phgame3. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. phgame3 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.

You must notify phgame3 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phgame3 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

phgame3 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

phgame3 supports deposits and withdrawals via Philippine payment channels including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 or as otherwise specified on the phgame3 platform.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification and compliance checks. phgame3 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, though processing times may vary by payment method.
• Verification: phgame3 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. You agree to provide all requested documentation in a timely manner.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your phgame3 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to phgame3 is a breach of these Terms. phgame3 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any funds subject to an unauthorized chargeback.

phgame3 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

phgame3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are credited to your phgame3 account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
